VibePapa provides scene-based music recommendations, streaming, favorites, membership access, and downloads or usage records where a plan permits. Catalog, tags, audio quality, recommendations and features may reasonably change because of licensing, technology or operations. Recommendations and local audio analysis are assistive and are not guaranteed to be exact.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email, protect your credentials and remain responsible for account activity. Sharing paid accounts, bypassing access controls, bulk scraping, reselling audio or interfering with the service is prohibited.
3. Music license
A purchase grants access or a license within the selected plan; it does not transfer copyright ownership. Permitted use, attribution and restrictions shown for a track at download apply. Tracks may not be resold or redistributed on a standalone basis or used to build a competing library.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. The final confirmation shows price, currency, applicable tax and renewal information. Cancellation through account billing normally takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not automatically refund unused time. Stripe processes payments.
5. Failed renewal
We may provide a three-day grace period after a failed renewal and notify you. If payment remains unsuccessful, paid access may be paused or moved to the free plan and restored after successful payment.
6. Lifetime membership
“Lifetime” means the commercial lifetime of VibePapa or the relevant plan, not the purchaser’s natural lifetime, and is not a promise of perpetual operation. It has no recurring charge, but the catalog, features and technology may reasonably evolve. Access ends if the service permanently closes because of insolvency, dissolution, law, lost rights, unsustainable costs or another material cause, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service secure and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or permanent availability of every track. To the extent lawful, we exclude indirect and consequential loss and cap aggregate liability at the amount paid for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months. Limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
8. Suspension and changes
We may restrict or terminate accounts for fraud, infringement, security risk, material breach or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated reasonably and do not remove rights already accrued.
9. Governing law
Japanese law and competent Japanese courts generally apply, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence prevail.
Privacy Policy
Information
We process email and account details, membership, orders, refunds, favorites, downloads, member play, skip, completion and scene activity, plus login time, IP, device, security and server logs. Stripe processes payment details; VibePapa does not store full card numbers.
Purposes and grounds
We use data to create and secure accounts, perform the contract, provide recommendations and benefits, process payments and refunds, send verification and service messages, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, improve the service, and meet accounting, tax and legal duties. Processing may rely on contract, legitimate interests, consent or legal obligation as appropriate.
Processors and transfers
Cloudflare, Vultr, Cloudflare R2, Stripe and Resend process data where necessary. Processing may occur outside Japan under applicable contracts, safeguards and local law. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and security
Account and transaction data is retained while required for service and legal records. One-time tokens are short-lived and single-use. We use HTTPS, HttpOnly cookies, access controls, least privilege and backups, but no system is absolutely secure.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or cessation of processing. Records required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or law may be retained. Contact [email protected]; identity verification may be required.
Cookies
We use essential login, security and language cookies or local storage. Stripe may use checkout and fraud-prevention cookies. We currently do not use non-essential advertising cookies.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled in account billing and normally remain usable until the paid period ends.
Digital-service refunds
Because digital access begins promptly, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after service starts. Duplicate charges, prolonged inability to provide a paid service, an incorrect plan, or cases required by law are reviewed individually. A request does not guarantee approval and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Lifetime and timing
Lifetime membership is a one-time service-lifetime license as defined above. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank, card or wallet timing varies.
