Email [email protected] 01 What to include Your name or artist name, country or region, and contact email Track titles and public or private listening links Your relationship to the work and who controls the composition, recording, performance, and artwork rights Any samples, covers, co-writers, third-party material, or AI-generated elements Your preferred credit and the uses you are willing to permit 02 What we will confirm Permission for streaming and scene-based recommendation on VibePapa Whether commercial service use and member downloads are permitted Credit, links, territory, term, and any other restrictions Whether the work is offered under a free license, a separate agreement, or requires further discussion How this collaboration works VibePapa is currently a music discovery and listening service, not a paid commissioning or label program. There is no fee to submit. Unless required by applicable law or agreed separately in writing, selected tracks do not receive an upfront license fee, per-stream royalty, guaranteed payment, or revenue share. We provide online listening, clear artist credit and a link chosen by the artist, plus scene matching designed to help the music meet listeners at relevant moments. This can create opportunities for discovery, but we cannot promise plays, traffic, or commercial results. If you only license music on paid terms, say so in your submission and we will decide together before any use.
Submission is not a copyright transfer You keep your copyright. An email is a submission for review only: it does not automatically authorize VibePapa to publish, sell, or sublicense the work, and it does not guarantee inclusion. Any use should begin only after both sides confirm the specific rights and terms. Please submit only material you are authorized to license.
